The Department of Homeland Security has launched a campaign called #known2protect to combat child exploitation. Be vigilant, engage in open conversations with your teens, and monitor their online presence. Together, we can create a safer digital environment for our children.  

 This interactive map provides nationwide crime information about arrests, arsons, assaults, burglaries, robberies, shootings, thefts, and vandalism.  This map allows you to narrow down crime in your area by typing in your address, seeing hot spots, and clicking the icons, which give you information on what happened. 

In the event of a hurricane, the appropriate response could save your life. This “East Baton Rouge Parish Hurricane Response Map” is a tool that can be useful in making decisions pertaining to evacuation and safety.
